Booking & Cancellation Policy
The Sunshine Coast Adventure Centre reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen situation that may arise. Bookings can only be made upon full payment.
- Cancellation notification 24 hours (48 hours for groups) prior to departure - full refund.
- Cancellation notification less than 24 hours (48 hours for groups) - no refund.
- Times are not transferable within the 12-hour (48 hours for groups) prior departure.
- Your safety is paramount to us, so in the event of the Sunshine Coast Adventure Centre cancelling your activity due to unfavourable weather conditions or any reason whatsoever - A full refund is given.
